❷ Admission rules – individual psychological consultation and psychotherapy

  1. A psychotherapeutic/psychotraumatological consultation/psychotherapy session/psychotraumatological session/coaching session lasts 50 minutes.
  2. The Psychotherapist/Psychotraumatologist/Coach does not extend the session if the Client is late.
  3. A psychotherapeutic/psychotraumatological consultation/psychotherapy session/psychotraumatological session/coaching session is paid for before the start of the meeting.
  4. An online session is paid for before the meeting, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
    In the event of no payment being made, or no confirmation of the bank transfer being provided, the therapist will be informed of this fact, and Ośrodek JA sp. z o.o. has the right to cancel the scheduled meeting. In case of difficulties with paying for the session, please contact the reception desk or the therapist..
  5. The first session may be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the meeting. Each subsequent meeting may be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this time, the cancelled session is payable in full, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Payment also applies when rescheduling the appointment to another day in the same week without maintaining the 48-hour notice period.
  6. All information regarding changing the date of a meeting or booking further appointments shall be provided by Clients to the reception staff. Any information provided outside working hours will be considered and confirmed by the reception staff on the next working day after the information is sent by the Client. Outside the reception desk’s working hours, the exact date of receipt of the message by Ośrodek JA sp. z o.o. by SMS or email shall be taken into account.
  7. The Client Card must be completed before the first session. In the case of an in-person visit, it must be completed at the reception desk of Ośrodek JA before the first meeting, while for online visits it must be completed at least 24 hours before the session date. The card is in electronic form. If the card is not completed, the visit will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to the Client’s account in accordance with the payment method.
  8. Ośrodek JA sp. z o.o. has the right to change the prices of meetings during the psychotherapeutic process. Each time, the Client will be informed about the planned change of rates at least 3 weeks before the price list is changed.
